Water chillers may be tried during the 60-day period, but to qualify for return they must be returned in perfect condition with all parts, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Hyperbaric chambers may also be returned if unused and in original condition, and they are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 2 to 3 business days after approval.
