If you believe that any material available on or through this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a request for removal in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Upon receiving a valid notification, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the reported content.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a written DMCA notice requesting the removal of allegedly infringing material from RevifyReview.

To be considered valid, your notification should include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list may be provided.
• A clear description or URL of the content you believe infringes your copyright so we can locate it on our website.
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address if available.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
• A statement confirming that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA notices can be submitted to our designated contact:

Email: contact@revifyreview.com

Please note that incomplete or invalid requests may not be processed.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false claims of copyright infringement may be held responsible for damages, including legal fees.

Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on RevifyReview was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.

A valid counter notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Your full contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including the location where it previously appeared on the website.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of a mistake or incorrect identification.

Once we receive a valid counter notification, we may forward it to the party who submitted the original complaint. If that party does not initiate legal action within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, submitting a counter notice containing false information may result in legal liability.
