Rize Bikes Canada Refund & Return Policy
Unshipped orders may be cancelled before the stated cutoff times, but credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders paid through Affirm, RBC PayPlan, and Interac e-Transfer are fully refundable. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.
Unopened eBikes, parts, and accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Opened eBikes with 7 km or less on the odometer may be returned, but they are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in original condition and packaging.
