Racquet Point Refund & Return Policy
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be new and unused, with original tags and labels attached. To start a return, customers need to email customer service to obtain an RMA number before sending the item back. The store states that return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed, and a prepaid return label may be included with the package. Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection, and they ask customers to allow at least 21 days from receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Used items, items missing original wrap or labels, stringing services, strings or materials used for stringing or repairs, and racquets ordered with custom stringing are not eligible for return or exchange. Free return shipping applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
