Qualified items purchased from their website may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, unmarked, undamaged, and not personalized. Shipping costs are not refunded, and returns require a Return Authorization Email and completed return form. Used, damaged, personalized, or monogrammed items are not eligible for credits or refunds. If a promotional gift was included with the order, it must also be returned or its retail value may be deducted from the refund. Corporate returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Expedited 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air options are also available at higher rates. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and outlying areas have flat-rate shipping fees. International orders are usually sent by U.S. Postal Service and may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customs duties and taxes may apply.
Jack Georges Warranty Repairs & Refurbishing
The company provides workmanship warranty coverage on its products, with the warranty period shown on the item’s hang tag. Items purchased directly from their website include a lifetime warranty and do not require proof of purchase. Warranty service covers defective parts or workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, overstuffing, stained or bleached leather, damaged zippers from snagging, worn hardware, broken wheels, pull-out handles, or unauthorized repairs. They also offer non-warranty repair and refurbishing services for a charge, with repair costs averaging about 25% of an item’s retail value depending on the work required.
