Floafers Refund & Return Policy
The company accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Worn shoes will not be refunded. International orders and final sale items are not eligible for returns. Customers have three options: exchange for different size/color, store credit via e-gift card, or refund to original payment method. A return label costs $7.95, but exchanges for size/color are free with one exchange allowed per order.
