Brother & Sisters Refund & Return Policy
The store offers a 30-day return policy and a 30-day exchange policy from the date the original order is received. New or unused items can be returned or exchanged during that period, including exchanges for another size, a different style, or store credit. Rings returned for refunds or exchanges that are not in new condition may incur a 50% restocking fee.
Personalized items are not eligible for returns because they are made to order. However, if a personalized item has a defect, the company says it will replace it at no additional cost. Personalized orders also cannot be cancelled if more than 6 hours have passed since the order was placed.
