Bask Refund & Return Policy
The store accepts returns within 30 days of purchase if the plastic has not been removed from a spray canister top and the aluminum seal on a lotion tube has not been broken. Opened products, products with a broken seal, or items missing the unit carton are not eligible for return. During promotional periods, all sales are final.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are asked to contact the company with the order number and a photo of the item so the issue can be reviewed. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
