BARABAS Refund & Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and include original tags, packaging, accessories, and paperwork. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not accepted.
Discounted items and orders over $1,000 are eligible for store credit only. Swimwear, accessories, and items marked as last chance are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns and exchanges must be initiated through the official return portal to receive a prepaid return label. Once an approved return is received, refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
